We don’t believe in just slapping a shipping label on any old box. That’s why we have custom boxes specifically designed to keep any router table, guide rail, track saw, and other power tools or accessories safe while it’s making its way to you!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We strive to keep free shipping rates for our PMC online customers. Therefore, we only ship within the United States.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING CHARGES?
We strive to provide free shipping in most cases, and there can be exceptions. PMC Tool makes every effort to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. Therefore, many orders are shipped same day. However, most orders placed after 12PM will ship the following business day and we cannot be responsible for delivery times of the chosen shipping provider. Some items do require one or more business days to process. We will ship your items through UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and we reserve the right to choose the delivery service.
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
We do not charge sales tax at checkout unless your order is being shipped within the state of Louisiana. There may be exceptions for specific brands, shipping fees, and local pickup items. All final notices are agreed to at checkout.
Free shipping is available to select orders over $150 within the contiguous United States. Some outlying areas may have a flat rate surcharge, specified at checkout. Oversize and overweight items or items with a specified individual shipping charge do not qualify. Free shipping on oversize or overweight items is only available to commercial locations. Orders including these items being shipped to non-commercial locations may still qualify for free shipping if they are to be retrieved at the customer’s local shipping terminal.
Some items are available online to be picked up in store only. Local pickup requires the purchaser’s valid ID and card used to place the order.
Many items that are either expensive or oversize will require an adult signature upon delivery. If no one will be available at the receiving location to sign, then arrangements must be made directly through PMC prior to shipping by email or phone. You will not be able to reroute packages through the shipping company after your order has been shipped.
WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED WITH A FREE T-SHIRT OR HAT?
All orders including a certain brand power tools will have the option for a complimentary t-shirt or hat of your choice. Your choice must be specified on product’s page or in order notes. Otherwise, t-shirts and hats can be purchased here. This has been postponed due to the pandemic and limited availability.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipment details and a tracking link. You are also able to view the statuses of any current or past orders by creating an account. This gives you the ability to save items for later, view past purchases, track orders, and checkout faster. Without an account, you can track your order here with your order number and email address.

- Billing/ Shipping address
- Legible copy of Tax Exempt certificate
Please submit this information prior to placing your order with us. Once this information has been received, allow 1-3 business days for your account to be created and the tax exempt status to be applied. We will not process any tax refunds after an order has been placed.
