We’re located at 11420 Hwy 190 W, Hammond, LA 70401. We’re just 30 miles east of Baton Rouge, LA and 50 miles north of New Orleans, LA at the I-55, I-12 intersection. View a map here.

Do you have another store location?/Is PMC a chain?

PMC is a one-of-a-kind one-stop shop for all of your woodworking needs! We put our heart and soul into our 12,000-square-foot showroom to provide our customers with the best choice and variety as possible.

Why is PMC located in such a remote area and not closer to Baton Rouge or New Orleans?

Due to the nature and vastness of our store, our current location allows us to provide our customers with the largest selection in-person as possible. By establishing our store in a more remote area, we are able to expand our store and the products we offer. Additionally, our store is located almost evenly between larger cities like Baton Rouge and New Orleans to be within driving distance for many of our customers.

When are you open?

Our store is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM CST and Saturday from 9 AM to 12 PM CST. Our parts and services department is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 1 PM CST and 2 PM to 4:30 PM CST.

Why can’t I view or purchase all of your products online?

Displaying our products in store for our customers to view in real time is our number one priority. With our showroom being over 12,000 square feet filled with thousands of woodworking machines and accessories, many of our products are not available online. If you are looking for a specific product or tool that is not listed on our shop site, please feel free to give us a call or stop by to visit us in store. Our customer service team is ready to help you find exactly what you’re looking for!

Do you accept checks?

We do not accept checks at this time.

Will you match internet pricing?

We strive to provide our customers with the lowest prices. If you discover a lower price from a reputable source, we will match that price.

What is your repair policy?

If you buy it here, we can fix it here! For all machinery purchased at PMC Tool, we offer a full service department to keep your machines in top shape.

Do you honor warranties?

We honor manufacturer’s warranties for all machines we sell.

What if I lost my receipt?

Not a problem! We keep a record of customer receipts in our database. Just give us a call at (225) 567-2000 or email us at sales@pmctool.com providing us with your name, the item(s) purchased, and the time frame you made your purchase.

How do I register my Festool tools?

Make sure to register your Festool tools within 30 days of purchase with your Festool account here to recieve the 3-year warrantyoffered by Festool.
